I love what Nelson Mandela said about fear: “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.”
What does fear tell you about your goals, your methodology, or even your success?
There are many things that crowd our senses, confusing our vision, and instill fear (of failure, challenges, risks) into us.
What are some of the things that hold you back, the risks that seem too big to handle, the dreams that seem just out of reach?
Conversely, what would you do if you didn’t have obstacles in your way?
A great way to conquer fears and scale your obstacles is to break them into bite-sized portions. Do you know how you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
Ask your self some of these questions:
Being successful is a marathon, not a sprint.
Conquer one obstacle at a time and move on to the next.
Be a Boss.
Expand your Empire.
Leave a Legacy.
